Sr. Financial Analyst

Role Summary:

Responsible in handling all financial reports and analysis and comparing performance along with conducting feasibility analysis for products, capital expenditures and any ad hoc analysis required from management with their respective post implementation review.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and oversee on the financial statements reports and other monthly financial reports for both management and shareholders.
• Analyse complex financial data and extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
• Make sure of the accuracy and consistency of the date reported to multiple stakeholders.
• Liaise with other departments (i.e. Launch, Technical, Marketing and Sales) to prepare business cases and feasibility studies.
• Participate in the financial planning and budgeting to prepare annual budgets, forecasts and comparing actual results with budget or targets.
• Assists in the development of management, narrative, and statistical reports for business reporting and planning purposes.  Develops moderately complex financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
• Monitors metrics and benchmarks and report recommendations to continuously improve performance.

Experience & Education & skills:

• Excellent technical knowledge of all Finance and accounting areas.
• Skilled in math applications.
• Advanced in Excel and financial Excel modelling.
• Excellent time management, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
• coaching, counselling and supervisory skills
• Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, power BI, statistical packages, and graphics, or other reporting software skills at a senior level.

Required:

• BA or equivalent in a related field. MSc. In Finance and CFA is a big plus.
• Five years related experience required in financial analyst/ or a Finance related role in a for profit business. environment. Previous experience in a mobile operator is a big plus.
