Store Manager

Al Adam Trading Co. is a private company located in Ramallah. It is the franchisee of several international clothing brands. The Company is looking for a reliable STORE MANAGER for its fourth branch for KOTON in Nablus City.

 Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Overseeing pricing and stock control.
• Maximizing profitability and setting meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
• Preparing promotional materials and displays in coordination with head office.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Additional store manager duties as needed
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements:

• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager of at least 3 years.
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
