Strategic Planning Specialist / Consultant

MAZAYA Mazaya is a Palestinian management consulting firm implementing number of consulting assignments and currently preparing for new projects in the fields of institutional development and capacity building, strategic planning, human resource management and other fields. Mazaya is seeking qualified, experienced, and outstanding individuals for the following projects’ positions: Qualifications and Experience:
* Advanced degree in management, engineering, planning, or any related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in strategic planning and institutional development preferably with international organizations.
* Demonstrated leadership and strong management skills.
* Knowledge of the Palestinian local government sector is a plus.
* Excellent reporting, analysis, communication, and presentation skills in English.
* Highly motivated, committed and ability to work under pressure.
