Student Representatives-Native English speaker

 ASAL Technologies is a leading Regional Software and IT Services Company based in Ramallah – Palestine. ASAL Technologies is currently seeking qualified   candidates for the following position:

Note : Native English speaker (this is a MUST)

 This position is for fresh graduates (or max 1 year) that are native speakers of English. The successful candidate will be performing and coordinating a variety of students’ related duties and acting as liaison with the Admissions Office of an online university to ensure a smooth transition between applicant status and student status using electronic means (email, customer relationship management systems, etc..).                        

Job Description:

1-Correspond with applicants and students regarding payments and student queries.
2-Payment processing using QuickBooks online application.
3-Follow established University procedures, precedents and workflows, and update these on a regular basis.
4-Maintenance of students’ records.
5-Perform other related duties.

 

Required Background, Experience and Skills:

1-Recently completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent (max. 1 year experience).
2-Native English speaker (this is a MUST).
3-Excellent communication, writing, research, problem solving, and administrative skills.
4-Detail focused.
5-Computer savvy, working knowledge of CRM systems, QuickBooks and excel is desirable.
6-Previous experience in a customer service function – a big advantage.
7-Outgoing, friendly attitude.
