• Team Management: Lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in real estate development and management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Holder of Jerusalem ID.
