iNET Solutions Ltd. is a leading IT Solutions and Service Company in Ramallah is seeking full time employees for the following vacancies .

Job Purpose:

Maintains computing environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades, and monitoring system performance.

Duties:
-    Maintain system infrastructure according to company specifications.
-    System installations, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN / WAN networks, operating and system management.
-    Troubleshooting of system hardware, software, networks and operating management systems. Running system load/stress testing, and escalating problems to seniors.
-    Contribute and help maintain up-to-date documentation and technical manual for operations and extensive documentations for all projects.
-    Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.
-    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
-    Protects organization's values by keeping information confidential.
-    Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:

-    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
-    Career certifications (CCNA, RHCT ... etc) is a plus.
-    Good understanding of computer hardware/networking products, System Administration and operation, Training, Multi-tasking, Networking Knowledge.
-    Effective oral and written communication skills, fast learner, team worker, attention to details.
-    Hard worker with ability to prioritize tasks and availability in emergency situations (including nights and weekends).
