System Support Engineer

ProGineer Technologies is looking to fill the following position:

Required Responsibilities:

-    Having 2+ years of hands on experience on Linux / Windows
-    Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customers technical issues.
-    Document solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge through CRM system.
-    Manage escalations and work with Software development teams to resolve them.
-    Customer Oriented.

Required ExperienceSkills:

-    Intermediate knowledge with SQL. Practical experience with Oracle is an advantage.
-    Basic knowledge in configuring Windows serves. Practical experience in configuring LDAP, IIS, and Windows Services is an advantage.
-    Basic knowledge in working with Linux Bash shell. Practical experience in editing/searching text data files in Linux shell environment is an advantage.
-    Any Linux scripting experience is considered a big advantage.
-    Fluency in English is a must. All customer interactions are in English.
