Systems Engineer

FIS Solutions & Security is a leading IT company based in Ramallah, specialized in network security technologies, archiving solutions and NAS solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated System Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting of Kaspersky Endpoint Security, VMWare and Storage appliances as well as other components of internal and external systems.
• Handle Installation Projects.
• Evaluate environment for process improvement and make recommendations to improve support processes.
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members to provide good service and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Experience in network technologies (Windows Server, UNIX, VMWare).
• Experience with SAN/NAS is a plus.
• Must have hands in Information security policies, procedure and framework.
• Effective communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with sales, consulting and support in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
• B.S in computer engineering or related field.
