Systems Support Engineers

FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm, that provides a blend of technology solutions and specialized in Software, network security for the local market for over the last 24 years.

FIS is currently looking to recruit Systems Support Engineers, who can join our team in Ramallah.

The System Support Engineer position is expected to perform a variety of niche and complex activities involved in the installation, configuration, set-up, operations, modification and repair of computer, automated office, systems and related hardware and software for their location. They will handle requests from on-site users and for systems around the property. This role will be collaborating with the other technology groups across Disney as well as the resort leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Installing software and networking systems.
• General network and user administration tasks
• Troubleshooting network and software issues.
• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including:
• Management of software maintenance/updates (Windows, Office, etc.)
• Management of virus protection and end point protection
• Installing high-level software security systems.
• Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
• Filing reports regularly.
• Provide support for Workstations and printers
• Service All business applications

Requirements:

• At least 2-year experience in network technologies (Windows Server, VMware, Firewalls and VPN).
• Experience with SAN/NAS is a plus.
• Have at least one year experience of computer and Hardware and OS troubleshooting experience.
• Must have hands in Information security policies, procedure and framework.
• Effective communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with sales, consulting and support in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
• B.S in computer engineering or related field.
