Kindergarten Mission Statement

Lajee Kindergarten is a safe place for children to learn about their world in a caring and loving environment. Educators will guide and support children to achieve academic, social and creative achievements through a comprehensive educational program focusing on nature, art, drama, and music.

The program

Exclusively in Aida camp, 100 children will be provided with a pre-school kindergarten. There will be four classes in mixed age groups: two groups of children aged 3-4 years and two groups of children aged 4-5 years. A Lajee Center Kindergarten graduate will be prepared intellectually and socially to enter elementary school and constructively participate with the family and the community.

Vision

The aim of Lajee Center Kindergarten is to create a child-friendly environment within the Aida camp community and to promote a culture of respect and inclusiveness. The Lajee Kindergarten will extend support to children with low to moderate physical and cognitive special needs.

The Kindergarten curriculum is based on the premise that every child can be supported by teachers to build on their lived experiences in order to understand and develop their place in society and support the contributions they can make. Experiential teaching promotes research and creativity. Each child will be guided in acquiring skills, literacy, critical thinking and social responsibility. Emphasis will be placed on learning in Arabic and English

The Kindergarten design will create an environment that is physically and psychologically safe and open to nature. Classrooms will be bright, colorful, and spatially flexible to support the relation between teachers and children individually or in groups. Classrooms will be open to fresh air and natural light as much as possible, with proximity to a spacious outdoor play area.

The child will progress through effective and coordinated support between parents and the community in partnership with teachers.

The school itself is designed alongside the Lajee Center as a community facility that provides spaces in which parents, families and the community can meet the social and educational needs of their children

The center needs to hire two teachers and two assistants for the Kindergarten.

Kindergarten teacher job description :

The Lajee Center is looking for a kindergarten teacher for children between three and five years old to lead and develop the program and curriculum for the new Lajee Kindergarten.

Kindergarten consists of four grades of children, whose ages range from 3 to 5 years, and requires leadership and classroom management skills, as well as experience in education at the early childhood stage. The educational curriculum for the kindergarten aims: to learn through play and experience-based projects as indicated in the general vision of the kindergarten and the tasks assigned by the teacher. Teaching will be in both Arabic and English.

The duties of the teacher

Promoting an environment that is physically and emotionally safe, and ensuring an enabling environment in which education and care for children, employees and families can flourish. Developing and implementing annual, quarterly and daily action plans that support the Kindergarten vision, including best practices in the field of early childhood education.

Classroom management, division of activities, and work to develop them

Innovation and diversification in activities
Providing new and simplified learning resources for children based on an integrated holistic educational curriculum.
Maintaining and developing good cooperative relationships with students' families, including providing an effective communication system
Encouraging the participation and integration of families in the kindergarten activities and Lajee Center programs.
The ability to work under pressure.
The ability to participate in workshops or training courses for development The ability to deal with children of different abilities
Developing new plans and proposals for developing kindergarten in terms of curriculum and kindergarten environment

ﺣﺼﺮﯾﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺨﯿﻢ ﻋﺎﯾﺪة ﺳﯿﺘﻢ ﺗﻮﻓﯿﺮ روﺿﺔ ﻟﻤﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﻲ ﻟﻤﺌﺔ ﻃﻔﻞ. ﺳﯿﻜﻮن ﻫﻨﺎك أرﺑﻌﺔ ﺻﻔﻮف ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎت ﻋﻤﺮﯾﺔ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻄﺔ: ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺘﺎن ﻣﻦ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل اﻟﺬﯾﻦ ﺗﺘﺮاوح أﻋﻤﺎرﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ 4-3 ﺳﻨﻮات وﻓﺌﺘﯿﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل اﻟﺬﯾﻦ ﺗﺘﺮاوح أﻋﻤﺎرﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ 5-4 ﺳﻨﻮات. ﺳﯿﺘﻢ إﻋﺪاد ﻃﻔﻞ ﯾﺘﺨﺮج ﻣﻦ روﺿﺔ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻓﻜﺮﯾﺎ واﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯿﺎ ﻟﺪﺧﻮل اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﺔ اﻻﺑﺘﺪاﺋﯿﺔ واﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﺎءة ﻣﻊ اﻷﺳﺮة واﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ.

اﻟﺮؤﯾﺔ

اﻟﻬﺪف ﻣﻦ روﺿﺔ أﻃﻔﺎل ﻻﺟﺊ ﻫﻮ ﺧﻠﻖ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ ﻣﺤﺒﺒﺔ ﻟﻼﻃﻔﺎل داﺧﻞ ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻣﺨﯿﻢ ﻋﺎﯾﺪة، وﺗﻌﺰﯾﺰ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ اﻻﺣﺘﺮام واﻟﺸﻤﻮﻟﯿﺔ.

ﺳﻮف ﺗﺪﻋﻢ روﺿﺔ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل ﻣﻦ ذوي اﻻﺣﺘﯿﺎﺟﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺪﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺘﻮﺳﻄﺔ ﺟﺴﺪﯾﺎ وﻣﻌﺮﻓﯿﺎ .اﻟﻤﻨﻬﺎج اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲ ﻟﻠﺮوﺿﺔ ﯾﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺔ أن ﻛﻞ ﻃﻔﻞ ﯾﻤﻜﻦ دﻋﻤﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﯿﻦ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺠﺎرب اﻷﻃﻔﺎل اﻟﺤﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ ﻓﻬﻢ وﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ. ودﻋﻢ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﻫﻤﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺑﺎﻣﻜﺎﻧﻬﻢ ﺗﻘﺪﯾﻤﻬﺎ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺲ اﻟﺘﺠﺮﯾﺒﻲ اﻟﺬي ﯾﻌﺰز روح اﻟﺒﺤﺚ واﻹﺑﺪاع، وﺳﯿﻮَﺟﻪ ﻛﻞ ﻃﻔﻞ ﻓﻲ اﻛﺘﺴﺎب ﻣﻬﺎرات ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺴﺎب وﻣﺤﻮ اﻷﻣﯿﺔ واﻟﺘﻔﻜﯿﺮاﻟﻨﻘﺪي واﻟﻤﺴﺆوﻟﯿﺔ اﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯿﺔ. ﺳﯿﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﺮﻛﯿﺰ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺧﺎص ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻐﺘﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﯿﺔ واﻹﻧﺠﻠﯿﺰﯾﺔ.

ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ اﻟﺮوﺿﺔ ﺳﯿﺨﻠﻖ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ آﻣﻨﺔ ﺟﺴﺪﯾﺎ وﻧﻔﺴﯿﺎ وﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻄﺒﯿﻌﺔ، ﺳﺘﻜﻮن اﻟﺼﻔﻮف اﻟﺪراﺳﯿﺔ ﻣﺸﺮﻗﺔ وﻣﻠﻮﻧﺔ وﻣﺮﻧﺔ ﻣن اﻟﻨﺎﺣﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﻜﺎﻧﯿﺔ ﻟﺪﻋﻢ اﻟﺤﻮار ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﯿﻦ واﻷﻃﻔﺎل ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﻔﺮد أو ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎت. و ﺳﺘﻜﻮن اﻟﺼﻔﻮف اﻟﺪراﺳﯿﺔ ﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣﺔ ﻟﻠﻬﻮاء اﻟﻨﻘﻲ واﻟﻀﻮء اﻟﻄﺒﯿﻌﻲ ﻗﺪر اﻹﻣﻜﺎن ﻣﻊ ﻗﺮﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﻠﻌﺐ اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﯿﺔ واﻟﻮاﺳﻌﺔ ﺳﻮف ﯾﺘﻘﺪم اﻟﻄﻔﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺪﻋﻢ اﻟﻔﻌﺎل واﻟﻤﺘﻨﺎﺳﻖ ﺑﯿﻦ أوﻟﯿﺎء اﻷﻣﻮر واﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﯿﻦ .ﺗﻢ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﺔ ﻧﻔﺴﻬﺎ إﻟﻰ ﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻛﺄداة ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌﯿﺔ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺎت ﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﻠﻮاﻟﺪﯾﻦ واﻷﺳﺮ واﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻠﺒﯿﺔ اﻻﺣﺘﯿﺎﺟﺎت اﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯿﺔ واﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﯿﺔ ﻷﻃﻔﺎﻟﻬﻢ ﯾﺤﺘﺎج اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻟﺘﻮﻇﯿﻒ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺘﯿﻦ وﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﺗﯿﻦ ﻟﻠﺮوﺿﺔ.

اﻟﻮﺻﻒ اﻟﻮﻇﯿﻔﻲ ﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺔ اﻟﺮوﺿﺔ

ﯾﺒﺤﺚ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺔ روﺿﺔ ﻟﻸﻃﻔﺎل ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ وﺧﻤﺴﺔ ﺳﻨﻮات ﻟﻘﯿﺎدة وﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮ اﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ واِﻟﻤﻨﻬﺎج ﻟﺮوﺿﺔ ﻻﺟﺊ اﻟﺠﺪﯾﺪة اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺘﻜﻮن ﻣﻦ أرﺑﻌﺔ ﺻﻔﻮف ﻣﻦ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل، ﯾﺘﺮاوح أﻋﻤﺎرﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ 3 و 5 ﺳﻨﻮات، وﯾﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرات اﻟﻘﯿﺎدة واﻹدارة اﻟﺼﻔﯿة السليمة ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﻠﻌﺐ، اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﯾﻊ اﻟﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻋﻠى ﻮﻛﺬﻟﻚ اﻟﺨﺒﺮة ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﻄﻔﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﻜﺮة.

ﯾﻬﺪف اﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲﻟﻠﺮوﺿﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﺖّ .اﻟﺨﺒﺮة ﻛﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻮﺿﺢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺮؤﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺮوﺿﺔ واﻟﻤﻬﺎم اﻟﻤﻮﻛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻤﺔ ، ﻛﻤﺎ ﺳﯿﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺲ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻐﺘﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﯿﺔ واﻹﻧﺠﻠﯿﺰﯾﺔ

ﺗﻮﻓﯿﺮ ﻣﺼﺎدر ﺗﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ ﺟﺪﯾﺪة وﻣﺒﺴﻄﺔ ﻟﻼﻃﻔﺎل ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻤﻲ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲ اﻟﺸﻤﻮﻟﻲ التكاملي.
الحفاظ على علاقات ﺗﻌﺎوﻧﯿﺔ ﺟﯿﺪة ﻣﻊ ﻋﺎﺋﻼت اﻟﻄﻼب وتطويرها، بما في ذلك ﺗﻮﻓﯿﺮ ﻧﻈﺎم اﺗﺼﺎل ﻓﻌﺎل.

The qualifications that the teacher must fulfill:

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education
At least two years of experience in teaching or leading educational programs in the field of early childhood
Experience in good communication, skills of dealing with others, and working in Arabic and English in both writing and speaking.
The ability and willingness to work effectively with the Aida camp community
Being able to work in a team
The Duties of the Teacher:
*Promote (or, establish) an environment that is physically and emotionally safe, in which children can flourish .
*Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and daily plans that support the kindergarten vision, including best practices in the field of Early Childhood Education.
*Provide appropriate learning routines and resources for children based on an

integrated, holistic educational curriculum

These resources and plans are to be appropriate for children of different abilities.
*Develop and maintain good cooperative relationships with students’ families, including effective communication about their child’s learning
*Encourage families to participate in kindergarten activities and Lajee Center programs
*Participate in workshops or training courses for professional development
*Supervise and train assistant teachers.
Work as part of a team with assistant teachers, school staff, families, and Lajee Center
*Ability to work under pressure

The qualifications that a kindergarten assistant teacher must have :

To have a kindergarten education certificate, education, diploma or courses
To be good at speaking and writing in Arabic and English
To be good at working with children
To possess the ability of creativity and innovation
Bear the pressure of work
To be able to communicate with families.
Ability to work in a team
*Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications
