روﺿﺔ أﻃﻔﺎل ﻻﺟﺊ ﻫﻲ ﻣﻜﺎن آﻣﻦ ﯾﺘﻌﻠﻢ ﻓﯿﻪ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل ﻋﻦ ﻋﺎﻟﻤﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ رﻋﺎﯾﺔ وﺑﯿﺌﺔ ﻣﺤﺒﺒﺔ ﻟﻬﻢ. ﺳﯿﻘﻮم اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﻮن ﺑﺘﻮﺟﯿﻪ ودﻋﻢ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل ﻟﺘﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻻﻧﺠﺎزات اﻷﻛﺎدﯾﻤﯿﺔ واﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯿﺔ واﻹﺑﺪاﻋﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﯾﺮﻛﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻄﺒﯿﻌﺔ واﻟﻔﻦ واﻟﺪراﻣﺎ
واﻟﻤﻮﺳﯿﻘﻰ. اﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ
ﺣﺼﺮﯾﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺨﯿﻢ ﻋﺎﯾﺪة ﺳﯿﺘﻢ ﺗﻮﻓﯿﺮ روﺿﺔ ﻟﻤﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﻲ ﻟﻤﺌﺔ ﻃﻔﻞ. ﺳﯿﻜﻮن ﻫﻨﺎك أرﺑﻌﺔ ﺻﻔﻮف ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎت ﻋﻤﺮﯾﺔ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻄﺔ: ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺘﺎن ﻣﻦ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل اﻟﺬﯾﻦ ﺗﺘﺮاوح أﻋﻤﺎرﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ 4-3 ﺳﻨﻮات وﻓﺌﺘﯿﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل اﻟﺬﯾﻦ ﺗﺘﺮاوح أﻋﻤﺎرﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ 5-4 ﺳﻨﻮات. ﺳﯿﺘﻢ إﻋﺪاد ﻃﻔﻞ ﯾﺘﺨﺮج ﻣﻦ روﺿﺔ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻓﻜﺮﯾﺎ واﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯿﺎ ﻟﺪﺧﻮل اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﺔ اﻻﺑﺘﺪاﺋﯿﺔ واﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﺎءة ﻣﻊ اﻷﺳﺮة واﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ.
اﻟﺮؤﯾﺔ
اﻟﻬﺪف ﻣﻦ روﺿﺔ أﻃﻔﺎل ﻻﺟﺊ ﻫﻮ ﺧﻠﻖ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ ﻣﺤﺒﺒﺔ ﻟﻼﻃﻔﺎل داﺧﻞ ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻣﺨﯿﻢ ﻋﺎﯾﺪة، وﺗﻌﺰﯾﺰ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ اﻻﺣﺘﺮام واﻟﺸﻤﻮﻟﯿﺔ.
ﺳﻮف ﺗﺪﻋﻢ روﺿﺔ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل ﻣﻦ ذوي اﻻﺣﺘﯿﺎﺟﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺪﻧﯿﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺘﻮﺳﻄﺔ ﺟﺴﺪﯾﺎ وﻣﻌﺮﻓﯿﺎ .اﻟﻤﻨﻬﺎج اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲ ﻟﻠﺮوﺿﺔ ﯾﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺔ أن ﻛﻞ ﻃﻔﻞ ﯾﻤﻜﻦ دﻋﻤﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﯿﻦ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺠﺎرب اﻷﻃﻔﺎل اﻟﺤﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ ﻓﻬﻢ وﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ. ودﻋﻢ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﻫﻤﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺑﺎﻣﻜﺎﻧﻬﻢ ﺗﻘﺪﯾﻤﻬﺎ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺲ اﻟﺘﺠﺮﯾﺒﻲ اﻟﺬي ﯾﻌﺰز روح اﻟﺒﺤﺚ واﻹﺑﺪاع، وﺳﯿﻮَﺟﻪ ﻛﻞ ﻃﻔﻞ ﻓﻲ اﻛﺘﺴﺎب ﻣﻬﺎرات ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺴﺎب وﻣﺤﻮ اﻷﻣﯿﺔ واﻟﺘﻔﻜﯿﺮاﻟﻨﻘﺪي واﻟﻤﺴﺆوﻟﯿﺔ اﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯿﺔ. ﺳﯿﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﺮﻛﯿﺰ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺧﺎص ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻐﺘﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﯿﺔ واﻹﻧﺠﻠﯿﺰﯾﺔ.
ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ اﻟﺮوﺿﺔ ﺳﯿﺨﻠﻖ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ آﻣﻨﺔ ﺟﺴﺪﯾﺎ وﻧﻔﺴﯿﺎ وﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻄﺒﯿﻌﺔ، ﺳﺘﻜﻮن اﻟﺼﻔﻮف اﻟﺪراﺳﯿﺔ ﻣﺸﺮﻗﺔ وﻣﻠﻮﻧﺔ وﻣﺮﻧﺔ ﻣن اﻟﻨﺎﺣﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﻜﺎﻧﯿﺔ ﻟﺪﻋﻢ اﻟﺤﻮار ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﯿﻦ واﻷﻃﻔﺎل ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻨﻔﺮد أو ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎت. و ﺳﺘﻜﻮن اﻟﺼﻔﻮف اﻟﺪراﺳﯿﺔ ﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣﺔ ﻟﻠﻬﻮاء اﻟﻨﻘﻲ واﻟﻀﻮء اﻟﻄﺒﯿﻌﻲ ﻗﺪر اﻹﻣﻜﺎن ﻣﻊ ﻗﺮﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﻠﻌﺐ اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﯿﺔ واﻟﻮاﺳﻌﺔ ﺳﻮف ﯾﺘﻘﺪم اﻟﻄﻔﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺪﻋﻢ اﻟﻔﻌﺎل واﻟﻤﺘﻨﺎﺳﻖ ﺑﯿﻦ أوﻟﯿﺎء اﻷﻣﻮر واﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﯿﻦ .ﺗﻢ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﺔ ﻧﻔﺴﻬﺎ إﻟﻰ ﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻛﺄداة ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻌﯿﺔ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺎت ﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﻠﻮاﻟﺪﯾﻦ واﻷﺳﺮ واﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻠﺒﯿﺔ اﻻﺣﺘﯿﺎﺟﺎت اﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯿﺔ واﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﯿﺔ ﻷﻃﻔﺎﻟﻬﻢ ﯾﺤﺘﺎج اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻟﺘﻮﻇﯿﻒ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺘﯿﻦ وﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪﺗﯿﻦ ﻟﻠﺮوﺿﺔ.
اﻟﻮﺻﻒ اﻟﻮﻇﯿﻔﻲ ﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺔ اﻟﺮوﺿﺔ
ﯾﺒﺤﺚ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﻻﺟﺊ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺔ روﺿﺔ ﻟﻸﻃﻔﺎل ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ وﺧﻤﺴﺔ ﺳﻨﻮات ﻟﻘﯿﺎدة وﺗﻄﻮﯾﺮ اﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ واِﻟﻤﻨﻬﺎج ﻟﺮوﺿﺔ ﻻﺟﺊ اﻟﺠﺪﯾﺪة اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺘﻜﻮن ﻣﻦ أرﺑﻌﺔ ﺻﻔﻮف ﻣﻦ اﻷﻃﻔﺎل، ﯾﺘﺮاوح أﻋﻤﺎرﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ 3 و 5 ﺳﻨﻮات، وﯾﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرات اﻟﻘﯿﺎدة واﻹدارة اﻟﺼﻔﯿة السليمة ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﻠﻌﺐ، اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﯾﻊ اﻟﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻋﻠى ﻮﻛﺬﻟﻚ اﻟﺨﺒﺮة ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﻄﻔﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﻜﺮة.
ﯾﻬﺪف اﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲﻟﻠﺮوﺿﺔ اﻟﻰ اﻟﺖّ .اﻟﺨﺒﺮة ﻛﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻮﺿﺢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺮؤﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺮوﺿﺔ واﻟﻤﻬﺎم اﻟﻤﻮﻛﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻤﺔ ، ﻛﻤﺎ ﺳﯿﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺲ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻐﺘﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﯿﺔ واﻹﻧﺠﻠﯿﺰﯾﺔ
اﻟﻮاﺟﺒﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﺔ:
- ﺗﻌﺰﯾﺰ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ آﻣﻨﺔ ﺟﺴﺪﯾﺎ وﻋﺎﻃﻔﯿﺎ، وﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ ﻣﻮاﺗﯿﺔ ﯾﺴﺘﻄﯿﻊ أن ﯾﺰدﻫﺮ ﻓﯿﻬﺎ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ واﻟﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﻟﻸﻃﻔﺎل واﻟﻤﻮﻇﻔﯿﻦ واﻟﻌﺎﺋﻼت
- وﺿﻊ وﺗﻨﻔﯿﺬ ﺧﻄﻂ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺳﻨﻮﯾﺔ ﻓﺼﻠﯿﺔ وﯾﻮﻣﯿﺔ ﺗﺪﻋﻢ رؤﯾﺔ اﻟﺮوﺿﺔ، ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ أﻓﻀﻞ اﻟﻤﻤﺎرﺳﺎت ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﺎل اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﻄﻔﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﻜﺮة.
- ادارة الصف وتقسيم النشاطات والعمل على تطزيرها والابتكار والتنويع في الانشطة.
- ﺗﻮﻓﯿﺮ ﻣﺼﺎدر ﺗﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ ﺟﺪﯾﺪة وﻣﺒﺴﻄﺔ ﻟﻼﻃﻔﺎل ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻤﻲ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻤﻲ اﻟﺸﻤﻮﻟﻲ التكاملي.
- الحفاظ على علاقات ﺗﻌﺎوﻧﯿﺔ ﺟﯿﺪة ﻣﻊ ﻋﺎﺋﻼت اﻟﻄﻼب وتطويرها، بما في ذلك ﺗﻮﻓﯿﺮ ﻧﻈﺎم اﺗﺼﺎل ﻓﻌﺎل.
- ﺗﺸﺠﯿﻊ ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺔ وإدﻣﺎج اﻟﻌﺎﺋﻼت ﻓﻲ أﻧﺸﻄﺔ اﻟﺮوﺿﺔ وﺑﺮاﻣﺞ مركز لاجئ.
- اﻟﻘﺪرة ﻋﻠﻰ ان ﺗﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺿﻐﻂ العمل.
- اﻟﻘﺪرة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﺷﺘﺮاك ﺑﻮرﺷﺎت ﻋﻤﻞ او دورات ﺗﺪرﯾﺒﯿﺔ ﻣﻦ اﺟﻞ التطوير.

- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education
