Team Leader

The Modernizing Financial Institutions project (MFI), a program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is assisting the Palestinian Authority in the development of its financial regulatory bodies to meet regional and international standards Our immediate efforts are directed toward building legal, regulatory and technical framework programs that will assure that the Palestinian Authority has the capacity to analyze and investigate a wide-scope of financial transactions and assist authorities in the enforcement of its financial laws. Currently, we are soliciting qualified individuals or firms to provide translation and website development professional services. These services will be performed in Ramallah, West Bank, or in such other locations as may be determined by the MFI Projects. The services will be utilized in assisting the project in its activities with Palestinian government agencies and other counterparts.

Candidates are being sought for the following position:
 

Job Description
-Manage the current team in Ramallah and organize the communication between them
-Receive business and/or technical specifications and translate into code using companys standard development technology tools.
-Code, test, debug and implement applications between development, staging and production environments
-Work closely with clients to ensure application accuracy ,relevancy and integrity.
-Maintain development systems, including source repository, building scripts and databases
-Assist other application developers in delivering quality enhancement code
-Identifying and documenting quality control issues, Regression testing and analysis
-Additional duties as assigned

Skills Required
-7 years of experience in team leading.
-7 years experience in ASP.Net application using C.#
-Strong Knowledge in financial software applications .
-Strong Knowledge in Object Oriented and MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008.
-Demonstrable experience in writing Unit test ,performance test.
-Preferable to have experience in web tests
-Preferable to have knowledge in e-Auction Systems.

The services which are the subject of this soliciation will be very challenging, requiring attention to details, very strong organizational skills, the ability to conduct multiple activities at the same time, and a willingness to work in evenings and on weekends when needed. These positions require fluent spoken and written Arabic, as well as very strong written and spoken English.
