Team Leader

Al Nasher advertising Agency is now in the process of recruiting a dynamic and competent Team Leader to join our team and oversee a range of services for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads, manage the retail market, and monitor competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve objectives.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to inform clients and prospects about the client’s products and services.
• Track market trends and campaigns to ensure our strategies remain effective.
• Inspect stores and evaluate field force performance throughout the West Bank.

Deliverables:

• Increased lead generation and market penetration.
• Effective communication of the products and services to clients.
• Detailed market trend reports and campaign analyses.
• Regular store inspections and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail marketing.
• Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Aged 25-30, with a preference for singles.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office for market reporting.
• Preference for candidates who can enter Israel (Permanent residency or higher).
• Ability to travel between the Palestinian cities 
• Having a valid driving license
