Job Title: Team Leader
Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of operational procedures, and the ability to provide high-quality client support. This role requires full-time presence in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Operations:
- Lead, guide, and manage the team to ensure efficiency and high productivity.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
Client Handling & Case Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests.
- Handle complex cases and provide expert guidance to team members and clients.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and professionally address inquiries and concerns.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all applications comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest changes in relevant laws and policies.
- Review and verify all documents before submission.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare reports on team performance and client feedback.
- Collaborate with management to enhance workflow and service quality.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
