Job Title: Technical and Logistical Support Officer

Location: Gaza
Duration: 8 months extendable upon availability of fund.
Type: Full Time starting as soon as possible.

Under the direct supervision of the Gaza Regional Manager, The Palestinian IT Association of companies “PITA” is looking for a “Technical and Logistical Support Officer “

Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
1-Providing timely and effectively technical and Logistical support to PITA operations and programs portfolios.
2-Facilitating the procurement related activities for members and with vendors.
3-Managing events preparations and associated logistical issues and prepare required manuals.
4-Preparing the technical and logistics monthly report.
5-Following –up with the members for the project related tasks and activities.
6-Creating and updating a key contacts database about members, various sectors organizations, vendors, and staff.
7-Contributing to upgrading the operational systems.
8-Providing the required support for the PITA and sector branding efforts

Qualifications:
1-Bachelor degree in IT.
2-Professional experience in IT technicality and logistics support.
3-Professional experience in event management.
4-Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
5-Reporting skills.
6-Strong communication, troubleshooting, +conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
7-Ability to work under pressure.
