Call for Technical Expertise - Local Governance

Creative Associates International is accepting expressions of interest and CVs from experts in the local governance sector for an anticipated USAID-funded opportunity in Palestine.

We are requesting CVs from experts in the following technical areas:

• Monitoring and evaluation and CLA
• Service delivery
• Institutional strengthening, including urban planning, spatial planning, municipal strengthening
• Social accountability and transparency
• Gender equality and social inclusion
• Civic engagement

General Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree or higher in business, international development, or a related field.
• 5 - 8+ years of demonstrated professional experience implementing governance activities in the areas of expertise identified above.
• Prior experience supporting donor funded programs and/or complex national programs with multiple aims and coordinated workstreams. USAID experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural team preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English preferred.
