Technical Manager

Consulting Engineering Center (CEC - Sajdi & Partners) is an international, independent and integrated consulting engineering firm established in Amman, Jordan in 1974. From its head offices in Jordan, CEC manages its 5 other branches in Yemen, Palestine, Albania, South Africa and Lesotho, and boasts around 262 professionals dedicated to the application of the latest engineering technologies and services. CEC-Palestine Branch is seeking a qualified person to fill the full time position of Technical Manager. The post location is Ramallah.

Qualifications and Competences:
1-Bachelors Degree (Civil Engineering) minimum, master degree is preferred.
2-Minimum 15 years relevant experience, with 12+ years experience in design and supervision infrastructure projects.
3-Proven track record of being able to drive projects successfully, managing all aspects of a diverse, moderately complex to complex technical projects including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, and cost.
4-Great communication skills and deep understanding of management
5-Experience in managing projects teams.
6-In-depth experience working with infrastructure project including communicating with stakeholders and controlling of scope.
7-Ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information in both oral and written form.
8-Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing, fast paced and dynamic environment.
9-Ability to independently solve problem and to be self-directed, attention to detail, and the ability to capture, organize and analyze information.
