Transcend Support ( www.transcendsupport.com ) is a unique company that provides world class business process outsourcing services to international and local institution using best of Palestinian talent. Transcend is in search for a serious, dynamic and dedicated Technical Support agent.
Transcend seeks to recruit an organized, motivated, dynamic and dedicated Technical Support Agent, who will work on a project for an international company on a full time basis. The candidate will provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions; and troubleshooting problems.
Responsibilities:
-Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
-Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
-Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
-Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Problem solving skills.
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
-Good knowledge in Operating Systems, PC Proficiency, and System Administration.
-Experience in providing customer service and quality focus.
-Eager to learn new skills in customer experience management and support.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English, other languages is an asset.
-Technology oriented and eager to learn new technical skills.
-Flexibility to work according to a shifts’ system
