Technical Support Specialist for Go, Rust, and JavaScript

T&C Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Specialist who has experience with Go, Rust, and JavaScript programming languages and is passionate about providing technical assistance and support to students. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with students of all skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to students studying Go, Rust, and JavaScript
• Assist students in problem-solving and troubleshooting their code
• Build databases and collect data related to students' progress and performance
• Guide and motivate students to enhance their learning experience
• Communicate with students through various channels, including online chat and email

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Go, Rust, and JavaScript programming languages
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic
• Must have a Jerusalem ID
• Willingness to work night shift from 13:00 till 21:00
