We are expanding our dynamic team and are looking for a seasoned Technical Team Lead to join our Ramallah office.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration:
   - Lead and mentor a diverse team of front-end and back-end developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring peak performance.

   - Promote a collaborative atmosphere, enhancing creativity and the free exchange of ideas within the team.

   - Partner closely with departments across Olivery, including design, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Code Review & Quality Assurance:
   - Oversee ticket reviews and maintain code integrity through regular code evaluations.

   - Advocate for coding, testing, and debugging best practices, and guide the team in upholding these standards.

   - Support team members in producing efficient, scalable, and top-quality software.

Technical Proficiency:
   - Showcase expertise in Python; familiarity with Angular offers a competitive edge.

   - Offer insights on technology and framework selections based on project specifics and industry trends.

Business Process & DevOps:
   - Decode business processes, assisting in the transition from business requirements to technical deliverables.

   - A background in DevOps engineering practices would be advantageous for streamlined deployment and integration.

Project Oversight:
   - Ensure timely delivery by keeping the team aligned with the project roadmap.

   - Engage in agile methodologies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements:

- Minimum of ,"5 years" of experience in software development with demonstrable leadership roles.

- Deep understanding of Python; experience with Angular is a bonus.

- Proven ability to interpret business processes and convert them into technical solutions.

- Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools.

- Outstanding problem-solving skills combined with effective communication capabilities.

Additional Information:

- This role is stationed at our Ramallah office.

- Periodic travel may be required to serve company needs.
