Job Title: TR 04-2016: Telesales Representative
Location: BeitJala, Palestine
Transcend Support (http://www.transcendsupport.com/)is a unique company that provides world class business process outsourcing services to international and local institution using best of Palestinian talent.

We are looking for a highly talented qualifiedandenthusiasticTelesales Representative, to conduct sales via the phone to the United States Market.
-Good compensation and possibility for bonuses.
-Transportation will be provided during night shifts.

Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsibilities
-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
-Answer questions about products or the company
-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
-Enter and update customer information in the database
-Take and process orders in an accurate manner
-Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

-Bethlehem resident is a plus.

Requirements
-Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and Microsoft office programs.
-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
-High proficiency in written and spoken English.
-Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
-Motivated and have good analytical thinking,
-Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members,
-Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal),
-Strong work ethic, with demonstrated commitment to achieving results,

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in business or related experience
-Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar positions.
-Very good proficiency in both English and Arabic writing.
-Bethlehem resident is a plus.
