Mercy Corps is implementing the Palestinian Community Assistance Program funded by USAID that aims to pave the way to a brighter future for Palestinians through social and economic relief and recovery by meeting basic human needs and laying the foundations for long-term recovery in Gaza.

In this context Mercy Corps invites all registered suppliers and companies in Both Gaza Strip and West Bank to participate in the Food Processing MaterialsTender under Cash for Work program

The following conditions apply:

·         The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.

·         Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice. Tender documents can be obtained starting fromTuesday 10 July 2012during the official working hours, from 8:00AM to04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:
Mercy Corps Gaza OfficeAhmed Orabi Street, Abu Ghalioun Building 2nd Floor.

Mercy Corps West Bank Office, Jaffa Street,Al Bardouni Building 5th Floor

·         The tender documents must be delivered before 12:30 PM on Tuesday 24 July 2012,at Mercy Corps’ offices as above.

·         Bids will be opened at 01:00 pm on Tuesday 24 July 2012 in the presence of the Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee and the companies’ representatives.

·         The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.

·         The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
