Tender Advertisement : Greenhouse Renovation Materials

 

 

 

Mercy Corps is implementing the Palestinian Community Assistance Program funded by USAID that aims to pave the way to a brighter future for Palestinians through social and economic relief and recovery by meeting basic human needs and laying the foundations for long-term recovery in Gaza.

In this context Mercy Corps invites all registered suppliers and companies in Gaza Strip to participate in the Greenhouse Renovation Materials Tender under Cash for Work program.


The following conditions apply:

-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice. Tender documents can be obtained starting from Monday 24 December 2012 during the official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office address as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, and Abu Ghalioun Building 2nd Floor.

-The tender documents must be delivered before 12:30 PM on Monday 7 Jan, 2013 at Mercy Corps’ offices as above.
-Bids will be opened at 01:00 pm on Monday 7 Jan 2013 in the presence of the Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee and the companies’ representatives.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.
-The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.

-NB. Mercy Corps office is closed on 25 Dec 2012.
