Mercy Corps is implementing the Palestinian Community Assistance Program funded by USAID that aims to pave the way to a brighter future for Palestinians through social and economic relief and recovery by meeting basic human needs and laying the foundations for long-term recovery in Gaza.

In this context Mercy Corps invites all registered suppliers and companies in Both Gaza Strip and West bank to participate in the refreshment tender required under Education, Youth in Sport and Psychosocial program

The following conditions apply:

·         The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.

·         Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.

·         Tender documents can be obtained starting fromWednesday 20 June 2012during official working hours, from 8:00AM to04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:
Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.

·         The tender documents must be delivered before 12:00 PM on Wednesday 4 July 2012,at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee and companies representative.

·         The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.

·         The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.

·         The tender will be opened in presence ofthe participated tenderers
