Mercy Corps is implementing the Palestinian Community Assistance Program funded by USAID that aims to pave the way to a brighter future for Palestinians through social and economic relief and recovery by meeting basic human needs and laying the foundations for long-term recovery in Gaza.


In this context Mercy Corps invites all registered suppliers and companies in Gaza Strip to participate in one or all of  the above described tenders required under the PCAP program.


The following conditions apply:
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Both tenders documents can be obtained starting from Thursday 21 Nov. 2013 during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
-The tender’s documents must be delivered before 12:00 PM on Tuesday 26 November 2013, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. Both tenders would be reviewed by Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.
-The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
-Both Tenders will  be opened at the following times in the presence of the Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee and companies representatives in Mercy Corps Gaza office:

1-Tender 035-Rechaergable Lights will be opened on 26 Nov 13 @ 12:30 pm
2-Tender 036-Water supply will be opened on 26 Nov 13 @ 1:00 pm
