Refreshments- 2015/2016

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all specialized companies & suppliers to participate in the following prequalification process:
    
049 – Refreshments 2015-2016

The following conditions apply:

-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoices.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Sunday 11 Oct 2015 during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 03:30 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.

-The prequalification documents must be delivered before 12:00 PM on Monday 19 Oct 2015, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee only.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.

The below requirements must be provided with the Tender:

-Certificate of Registration
-Good track-record and references from previous clients
-Recognized Bank Account (Mercy Corps will make all payments in bank checks or through bank transfer.)
-List of Management and Boards of Directors (names, contact details, ID numbers)
