Within Land and water resource management for agricultural development in the West Bank program - FEZ/IM-327/RAM” that is funded by the Netherlands Representative Office in Palestine & managed by the Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC), In partnership of: Land Research Center (LRC), Palestinian Hydrology Group (PHG), Economic and Social Development Center (ESDC) and (UAWC). Within this program, LRC have the honor to invite you to participate in this tender for a socio-economic assessment and community land development plan consultant.

Those who are interested in participating in the mentioned tender should take the tender documents from LRC’s office in Halhul - Hebron, for a sum of 50$ for the tender fees, between 8:30 a.m and 3:00 p.m, starting from Sunday September 28th 2014 till Thursday 2nd of October 2014. Please note that Friday and Saturday are LRC’s official days off. The tender documents shall be returned to LRC’s office in a sealed envelope, no later than Thursday 9th of October 2014 before 02:00 p.m

Notes:
1-Individuals and groups can apply for this engagement.
2-The advertisement fees should be paid by the winner bidder.
3-Winner Bidder “including individuals” should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank check equals to 5% of the offered bid, this guarantee must be valid for 45 days after the deadline of tenders’ submission; personal cheques will not be accepted.
4-A 5% of the winner bidder financial offer will be deducted as taxes “paid to the ministry of finance”.
5-The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the lowest prices.
6-Tender opening session (technical evaluation) will be held at LRC’s main office in Halhul, Monday 12th of October 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
7-The bidder should submit separate envelopes for both technical & financial offers and the technical offer should include a soft copy “CD “. 
8-A one hour session at LRC’s office in Halhul from 13:00 till 14:00 Thursday 2nd of October 2014,will be held to discuss the tender and answer any questions and inquiries from the bidders.
9-Phone inquiries or questions will not be answered.
10-The advertisement cost will be billed to whom the tender is awarded.
