ACT Medical Company one of the leading and diversified healthcare product supplier is seeking to hire Tendering Department Engineer.

We are looking for a talented and outgoing Engineer that can run the tendering department.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

Handling of medical products and equipment tenders including but not limited to analyzing requirements, designing solutions that meet these requirements, managing staff that will advise regarding the tender.
Developing a compelling proposal that will meet the requirements and stand out from other bids.
Conducting research, documenting findings, and presenting reports at meetings.
Developing design documents for mechanical parts and final products.
Identifying areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and making recommendations for improvement.
Constant follow up strategy
Meeting tight deadlines.
Understanding problems or client briefs and developing solutions that satisfy them.
Attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements.
Perform any other tasks required by the supervisor

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications:

BSc in electronics / mechatronics engineering or any other Engineering degree or Business degree.
The applicant must be a resident of Jerusalem
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Working knowledge in Hebrew is an asset
Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
