Tenders & Logistics Biomedical Engineer

One of the leading companies in Palestine located in Ramallah is seeking to hire the following vacancies:

Tenders & Logistics Biomedical Engineer (Duties):

-Preparation, analysis and follow up of medical equipment tenders.
-Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
-Management of filing system in accordance with the Office regulations and standard operating procedures.
-Data entry and processes follow up.
-Follow up and management of purchase/Sales orders.
-Arranging logistics for internal and external meetings.
-Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
-Administer travel arrangements and related tasks.
-Perform sales analysis.
-Stocks reporting and providing input on purchasing forecasts and plans.
-Follow up and coordination of aging reports and collection with the finance department.

The candidates must match the below qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
-At least one year of experience in the same field.
-Fluent in both languages English & Arabic.
-Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of the medical and technical aspects
-Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, committed and able to work under pressurewith a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
-Flexible to travel
-Driving license [car is a plus].
-Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office Package, particularly Excel and Word.
-Ability to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations.
-Communication & Organizational skills.
