Palcom  currently seeking for professional Sales representative to work within our team in Nablus head office
Duration: Full time, open end contract following probation period of three months  .         
Starting date: January 2016.
Qualifications and skills:
-Minimum of B.A degree in -Marketing and / or Business Administration .
-At  least two (2) years work experience in ticketing and reservation is a must.
-Advance marketing skills.
-Professional fluency in Speaking, writing both Arabic and English.
-Professional IT skills.
-Good leadership and customer services skills.
-High work ethic and professional mannerisms.
-Excellent social networking and representative skills.
-Proper geographical knowledge both in the country and worldwide  .
-Strong managerial skills and possibility to work and pressure.
-Valid driving license.

Main duties:
-Receive customers and insure the best welcoming and global presentation of the company service.
-Provide a full service-oriented professional reservations and ticketing service to all customers and travel businesses either through telephone calls or in-person meetings in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
-Maintain new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth.
-Prepare offers and quotations along with the advice of the General Manager.
-Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the General management.
