Training Manager
The Arab Company for Restaurants & Fast Food (ACRFF) was established in 2010, ACRFF is one of the fastest growing companies in the region. ACRFF is the largest restaurant chain operator in Palestine, we gained the franchise rights for the KFC and Pizza Hut brands and started operation in late 2011, and we are now operating 8 restaurants with more than 450 employees.

Position: Training Manager.
Job brief:
We are looking for an experienced training manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.
Main function:
Enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of workthrough training and professional development for all levels in all branches.
Responsibilities:
-Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
-Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
-To build know-how through the Learning Zone in order to leverage e-Learning to support the growth and development of the team.
-Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
-Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
-Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
-Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
-Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary.
-Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
-Any other related tasks within the scope of the job.
Requirements
-Proven 4 years work experience as a training manager, preferable in the KFC and Pizza Hut.
-Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
-Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
-Have an excellent command of English.
-Good computer skills.
-BS degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or any relevant field.
