HLA Tours: Incoming Tour Operator located in Bethlehem is looking for employees have experience in working  in the tourism sector to assist in the agency's tasks and works . For the position of Operation, Sales & Marketing Officer

HLA Tours services and works: 

Provides a wide range of integrated tourism services making it one of the leading travel agents in Palestine and neighboring countries. Our services are for individuals and groups , offer land services and accommodation and all tourists need .

Responsabilities:

• Reservations: making reservations for customers depending on their requests
• Operation: responsible for all logistic services
• Marketing and Promoting : manage the company's social media profiles and presence including, Facebook, Instagram and any additional relevant channels
• Communication: answer phone calls , respond to emails, contact Hotels, Agents....etc.
• Creating documents, files and databases
• All other requests duties and office needs

Required Qualification:

• BA degree in Business Administration , Tourism, Marketing or a related field 
• Proven good working experience 
• Good Knowledge of internet technology and managing websites
• Working under pressure
• Proplem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent English language written and speaking 
• Extra language is an advantage (French, Hebrew, Spanish,.....etc.)
• Communication Skills
• Excellent Computer skills of using MS Office programs
• Sales Skills
