Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodation, and itineraries.

Utilize the Amadeus booking system to make flight travel reservations.

Address and resolve any issues or changes that arise before or during travel.

Secure hotel reservations, negotiating rates and special offers to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building long-term relationships.

Manage travel budgets and ensure all bookings adhere to client specifications.

Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and travel insurance.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent.

Proven expertise in Amadeus GDS for flight and travel booking.

Strong understanding of hotel booking systems and ability to negotiate rates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.

A passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
