Reach Digital Hub (RDH) is seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer based on the following responsibilities and requirements:

Job Main Responsibilities:

• Researching user needs and behavior to understand user requirements.
• Creating user-centered designs for digital products such as websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces.
• Developing wireframes and prototypes to validate design concepts and improve the user experience.
• Collaborating with developers to implement designs and ensure design fidelity is maintained during development.
• Developing visual design concepts and producing design specifications for development.
• Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintaining design consistency and developing design guidelines for the product.
• Ensuring designs are accessible and meet accessibility standards.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Communicating design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborating with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Presenting design solutions and concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Contributing to the development of a design system that improves consistency across products.
• Conducting competitor analysis to understand design trends and user expectations in the industry.

Job Requirements (Your Profile):

• Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for digital products such as websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other similar tools.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added value.
• Hands-on experience in Figma is a must.
