National Insurance Company, a leading insurance company in Palestine, is seeking for a full time candidate to fill a Senior position within the Underwriting/Motors Department in the main headquarter Ramallah-AlBireh. As part of the role, the qualified candidate will lead several large scale projects as well as administrative duties which may include, but not limited to, the responsibilities detailed below.

Responsibilities and Scope:

1-Follow up with employees to adhere the internal policies of underwriting Department in specific and the company In general.
2-Increase the performance of the underwriting-motors Department in term of financing of deals from sources such as financial institutions, agencies, or public or private companies.
3-Analyze financial or operational performance of the department, which facing financial difficulties to identify or recommend remedies.
4-Coordinate due diligence processes and the negotiation or execution of purchase or sale agreements to enlarge our share market.
5-Arrange sales calls periodically for the big account which comes to the underwriting-motors Department.
6-Contribute to set the department objectives and make sure to achieve them.

Qualifications:
-B.A degree in Business Administration or any relevant field, a master's degree in is preferable.
-Not less than Four years working experience in a supervisory role.
-Fluency in English language; writing, reading and speaking.
