EOI Taxi services

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in the State of Palestine (SoP) is seeking reputable taxi companies for providing taxi services in Gaza Strip.

Scope of the service

-Provide taxi services for UNICEF supported project monitoring visits within the Gaza Strip.

Qualifications and Specific Conditions

-Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry.
-Proven record to provide taxi services immediately upon request.
-Availability of fully functional vehicles
-The taxi provided should be insured and licensed
-Vehicles provided for the service should be 5 years old from date of manufacture or less
-Functioning air-conditioning and heating system mandatory
-Valid taxi licence
-Managing a fleet of taxis not less than ten.
-All drivers must have valid driving license

 
Interested companies are requested to send their expression of interest including copies of documents listed under qualifications and specific conditions above.

All applications will be vetted and successful companies will be invited to participate in a tender to be issued.  

Companies are request to complete UNICEF supplier profile forms attached.

Closing date for receipt of expressions will be Monday, 23 November, 2015.

All expressions addressed to UNICEF Operations Manager, Gaza marked as “EOI-UNICEF Gaza-Taxi” should be deposited at UNICEF offices in Gaza, (UNDP Building, 2nd floor, Omar Ben Abdel Aziz St. (beside Al-Naser St.), Gaza City).
