Remuneratioin: based on qualifications and experience

UNRWA is seeking an Outreach Officer - who will work to support the implementation of humanitarian and development programming in the West Bank. The Outreach Officer will work closely with the Director of UNRWA Operatioins on developing constructive relationships with the refugee community and key stakeholders.

Do you have the following skills and experience ?
Diplomacy - Ability to effectively interact with a range of senior interlocutors from the Palestinian Authority and the UN and to effectively interact with a range of community representatives in a compassionate and professional manner.
Planning and Organizing - Ability to organize, plan and implement a comprehensive public affairs campaign in support of defined objectives, to juggle competing demands and work under the pressure of frequent and tight deadlines
Judgment/Decision-Making - Sound judgment in applying practical solutions to resolve a range of issues and problems
Communication - Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to produce a variety of written communications products and to articulate ideas in a clear and concise style, in both Arabic and English.
Professionalism - Ability to cope with multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
