2-Grade/Base Salary : For Grade 08 – Monthly Base Salary: 476.2
For Grade 09 – Monthly Base Salary: 518.5
For Grade 10 – Monthly Base Salary: 567.7
3-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.
4-Other Benefits : Include Health Insurance and Provident Fund.

5-Qualifications :

A-ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL:

A.1 Teacher “C” grade 08 (The first entry level)
A university degree in a related field.
This entry level offered to a candidate who is not professionally qualified subject to termination after three years if the staff member has not in that time successfully completed a teacher training course of at least one year duration

A.2 Teacher “B” grade 09 (The second entry level)
A university degree in related field plus a pre or in-service teacher training course of at least one year duration. Or A university degree in related field with a minor in Education.
A.3 Teacher “A” grade 10
A university degree in related field plus a pre or in-service teacher training course of at least one year duration. or
A university degree in related field with a minor in Education.

B-EXPERIENCE:
B.1 Teacher “C” grade 08
This is the minimum entry level for specialized teachers.
No experience required at this entry level
Eligible for promotion when the incumbent becomes professionally qualified by completing a teacher training course of at least one year duration.

B.2 Teacher “B” grade 09
This is the second entry level for fully qualified specialized teachers prescribed under para A.2 above.
No experience required.
Eligible for in service promotion to teacher grade 10 after five years satisfactory services as a teacher grade 09.

B.3 Teacher “A” grade 10
Five years teaching experience as specialized teacher “B” grade 09.

C-Language
Good command of written and spoken Arabic
