POSITION TITLE: USAID Voucher Examiner - Jerusalem

MARKET VALUE: NIS 174,593 - NIS 261,888 equivalent to FSN-8.

1. Education: At least two years of post secondary study (or the equivalent hours spread across a
part-time study period) at college or university is required

2. Work Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in
payment processing, bookkeeping, voucher examination or a related field is required.

3. Language Proficiency: English - level IV; Arabic - level III; Hebrew –level III; (see detailed
language level definitions below) are required. Language proficiency will be tested based on below
levels
