Role Description

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create user-centric designs that improve usability, functionality, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs.
• Develop consistent design guidelines and ensure alignment with branding.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to create modern and user-friendly designs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile application design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
