The NGO Development Center (NDC) is a Palestinian non-profit non-governmental organization whose main function is to provide technical and financial support to Palestinian non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to empower them to respond to the needs of the poor and marginalized in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. In line with NDC’s mandate, NDC is currently seeking to fill the following three positions to be based at its office in Al-Ram.

 Post Title:         NGO Sector Development Program Manager

Reports to:         NDC Director

The NGO Sector Development Program Manager (SDPM) leads, develops, and implements a strong and creative sector development strategy that benefits all NDC activities. He/she will oversee all projects and activities and staff of the unit for achieving the set targets for the Sector Development Program, and works in close collaborative relationship with other NDC units. The SDPM is a member of the “Managers Committee” of the NDC and reports to the NDC Director.

Post Title:           Capacity Building Coordinator

Reports to:         Grants Program Manager  

The Capacity Building Coordinator is part of the Secretariat team for Human Rights and Good Governance (HR/GG) and will be responsible for the sector development and capacity building activities of partner NGOs

Post Title:           Fundraising Officer

Reports to:         NDC Director

The Fundraising Officer is responsible for coordinating the fundraising activities and assisting the Director in resource mobilization in line with the Fundraising Strategy and Implementation Plan.
