Lifegate is a rehabilitation center for disabled people seeks to strengthen the ability of the disabled to include them in the society. Lifegate Rehabilitation Center is an institution that works since many years in the field of rehabilitation, education and development of the children and young adults with special needs in the Bethlehem governorate and villages surrounding the area.
Lifegate announces the following vacancy for its office in Bethlehem.

Position Title: Vocational training Manager
Location: Bethlehem
Reporting To: Executive Director
Job Type: Full time

Now the center is looking to hire a skilled, talented and motivated manager for the vocational training program in the institution. 45 disabled young adults are enrolled in our program divided between 12 professions where they attend educational classes and therapy sessions besides learning the profession.

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the following duties:
-Ensure that activities are implemented according to the plan.
-Lead the daily work
-Informative monthly reports, update actions and achievements for the executive director.
-Submit desired reporting due to approved deadlines and formats.
-Monitor project outcomes and ensure activities are completed in the correct time frame within the budget.
-Coordinate with project team, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure better communication for effective implementation of the project plan.
-Organize field visits to beneficiaries to ensure that the project plan is implemented in the proper manner and achieves the desired outcomes.
-Organize the production of the sections and ensure orders are completed under specified terms and conditions.
-Document reports, daily work records, and other relevant documents.
-Participate in the necessary institution’s meetings.

Professional Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or any other related fields.
-Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, networking and budgets monitoring.
-Ability to multi-task effectively as well as display professionalism and confidence.
-Ability to plan and coordinate the most effective use of staff, facilities, and resources to achieve successful project objectives.
-Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Arabic.
-Ability to work with limited supervision and to structure own work independently.
-Flexible, adaptable in his/her approach and cope with stress.
-Ability to solve problem and take quick actions
-Excellent team work and communication skills
-Skill in document composition.
-Good knowledge of computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and web browsing.
