Warranty Officer

Abu Khader Automotive, a leading company in the automotive industry and official importer of well-known international brands, is currently seeking the below positions:

Warranty Officer

Main Responsibilities:
-Prepares, reviews, and processes warranty claims.
-Follows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership.
-Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and experience:
-A minimum of B.A degree, preferably in Mechanic engineering.
-A minimum of 2 years of professional experience (preferably in the automotive industry).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English.
-Must be residing in Ramallah city.
-Own a valid driving license.
-Qualified female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
