With an emphasis on partnership, you’ll develop; implement Oxfam’s WASH programmes in line with our strategic vision within Gaza, whilst providing valuable technical advice. You’ll also be able to motivate all components of WASH team. Based on a strategic vision, our programme will aim to meet the wide-ranging needs within Gaza, we will be counting on you for programme design, implementation, and external representation.
