Water and Sanitation Field Officer

ACF (Action Against Hunger - Spain) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-political,
non-denominational and non-profit making organisation working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002.
In line with ACF's strategy in the Palestinian Territory to support the vulnerable population by enabling them to cover their basic water and sanitation needs food security and nutritional needs
ACF is recruiting for its Hebron office a For an initial 5 months period
The candidate will:
1-Participate in the design and implementation of any water and sanitation assessment,surveys or any other project identification study in coordination with technical coordinator
2-Participate in the design of water and sanitation concept papers and project proposals
3-Participate in the forecast and follow-up of project expenses
4-Organizae and supervise the ongoing projects in coordination with the local partner
5-Identify project beneficiaries
6-Participate in information gathering from other NGO's ,instituations,ministries,local partners and communities on the water and sanitation situation in Hebron
7-Participate in meetings with the community and project personnel to define roles and responsibilties

Profile of the Candidate:
10-University degree in Civil Engineering environmental studies or related field.
11-Good knowledge in water and sanitation programming
12-Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
13-Excellent computer skills (AUTOCAD,MS Project,MS Application,Outlook)
14-Excellent communications and organization skills
15-Flexibilty and ability to work under pressure and good team worker
16-Valid Driving License
