The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS), officially founded in December 1968, is a national humanitarian organization. Since its establishment, it caters to the health and welfare of the Palestinian people and others in need in the OPT and the Diaspora. It has 4,200 employees in oPt (West Bank and Gaza Strip), Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and Iraq in addition to its volunteer network of more than 20,000 people.
PRCS is seeking to recruit web and software developer to join its team in the ICT department in the HQ,
 
 
Responsibilities:
-Your role will responsible about in the development and maintenance of systems and applications.
-Working closely with the head of ICT department and staff members from others departments to turn their ideas into a dynamic web applications.
-Assist in all technical aspects of the project development lifecycle (design, time estimates, project plan, test plan, QA plan)
-Developing programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website graphics and code to meet work requirements.
-Database design.
-Identify technical risks.
-Day-to-day mentoring for current running web applications.
-Building or modify existing CMS through PHP and MySQL.
 
 
Skills & Qualifications:
-BS in Computer Science or related field.
-Highly-motivated web developer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
-Good Experience in PHP, XHTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS and MVC.
-Proficiency in software engineering best practices and the use of JSON/AJAX/XM techniques.
-Good understanding of Web Analytics and SEO techniques.
-Experience with Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design.
-Good Knowledge Rational databases specially MYSQL.
-Mobile application development knowledge.
-Ability to work with others as a team member.
-Ability to work under pressure and stress conditions.
-Ability to learn new things fast and accurate.
-Good communication skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (Oral and Written).
