The Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD) is one of the leading Feminist Grassroots Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) working in Occupied Palestine. It aims to build a democratic Palestinian society based on gender equality, social justice, and respect for human rights. The organization’s headquarters is based in Ramallah and it runs offices in Nablus, Jenin, Tulkarem, Bethlehem, Gaza, and a small community centre in Yatta to the south of Hebron.

Within the framework of the Women Empowerment Program, PWWSD is looking for filling the position: “Projects Coordinator” to be placed in the main headquarters of the organization in Ramallah:

Qualifications:
-At least B.A degree in Human Science or Business and Administration or any other relevant field.
-3 years previous experience in similar projects management.
-Excellent writing skills.
-Well organized.
-Very good command in English language (candidates will be tested).
-Capacity to work in a team and at the same time being autonomous at work.

Duties:
1-Administrative work.
-Preparation and follow-up of the projects implementation plans, activities follow- up implementation with the PWWSDfield officers.
-Follow-up of human resources’ issues related to the staff of the projects.
-Participation in the programs desk monthly meeting.
-Representing the organization in national and international events related to women’s issues.

2-Reporting
-Collecting, reviewing and organizing activities and employees reports related to the projects. -Preparation of activity internal reports.
-Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ annual activity reports to donors.
-Contribute in writing proposals and fund-raising.
