IYF is recruiting for a Youth Entrepreneurship and Employability Specialist to join a dynamic team of professionals. This position will be based in Ramallah will provide technical input into the design and implementation of employability, entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and career guidance programs for Palestinian youth. This includes providing direct training, technical support and coaching to partner Youth Serving Institutions (YSIs) in general and universities in particular in designing and implementing successful employability and entrepreneurship programs through their career centers. The specialist will work very closely with and support partner organizations and universities to adopt best practices in employability, entrepreneurship, service learning, and career guidance and create linkages with employers and wider community as a way to sustain and scale these services. The position will report to the Country Director or his designee.
