Youth Program Officer

Oxfam Novib in OPTI is looking for a Youth Program Officer to follow up on the implementation of the Youth Strategy and Action Plan, and to provide technical and strategic support and expertise for programmes to mainstream youth in different programmes, and in influencing work.

We need someone who has proven experience working in a similar role with knowledge of working with youth groups or in youth-led organizations; experience with donor contract management with complex coordination and reporting structures/processes. Proven experience of successful capacity building and excellent verbal and written communication skills , and able to travel to Gaza and the West Bank on a regular basis.
