Job Vacancy :Field Monitor

With a humanitarian INGO

Islamic Relief is a humanitarian INGO (www.irpal.ps)operating in Palestine in the fields of emergency relief and development. Islamic Relief announces the following vacancy for its office in Gaza Strip.

Title:Field Monitor

Ref.: FM-D-17-2015.
Location:Gaza office.
Type of Position:Full time.
Duration:7 months

Deadline for Receipt Applications:Saturday, 31 October 2015.

Main Duties:
-Help in the identification and selection of Cash-for-Work beneficiaries
-Maintain Cash for Work records, attendance sheets and cash for work agreements, as per activity guidelines
-Conducts regular field visits to hosting organizations.
-Prepares different reports and case studies as required.
-Ensure regular coordination with all stakeholders at the community level.
-Ensures that payments of beneficiaries is accurately processed.
-Identify opportunities for project development and additional cash for work opportunities.
-Give guidance to different beneficiaries, stockholders and partners according to IRPAL policies and procedures.
-Implement IRPAL policies and rules in dealing with stakeholders.

Candidates must possess the following competencies and skills:
-University degree in business administration, social  services or related field
-Minimum two years of relevant working experience in similar projects, preferably with INGOs.
-Experience of developing links with NGOs; INGOs, government agencies& other stakeholders.
-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to network and build relations with stakeholders.
-Good English skills
-Knowledge of MS Office applications
