Duties & Responsibilities:
-Assisting in the set up of the Alternative Channel along with the Indirect Sales Sr. Manager by conducting field visits to existing and prospect non-GSM channels for evaluation and qualification purposes
-Acting as the focal point for coordinating all related activities for the sake of launching WM products and services at this channel, which requires to work extensively with other sales divisions and other WM stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Legal, and Finance).
-Conducting on-going follow up and a well-defined route plan for market visits to ensure proper branding, visibility of WM brand and products availability at selected channels.
-Handling problem solving and WM sales processes and procedures' assurance at the channel for better utilization, along with avoiding potential fraud, and maximizing channel's contribution to total sales targets.
-Working closely with Indirect Sales teams and WM distributors to enhance WM availability at the channel.
-Working for positioning WM reach and availability at all locations/areas with potential customers and areas with low/no presence for neither WM outlets nor dealers.
-Enhancing services and products offered to WM subscribers (new & existing) by assisting in introducing new after -sales services to the channel.
-Formalizing a body of "Sales Promoters" along with the concerned stakeholder(s) including C&A and working constantly with WM Retail channel, Indirect Sales channel, and in special events/occasions for boosting and utilizing sales acquisitions.
-Managing the channel's trade-marketing activities through contests, promotions, events and road shows.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Five years of practical experience in Sales/Marketing.
-Bachelor degree in Business any related field.
General Skills & Qualifications:
-Successful track record Sales/Marketing.
-Developing and Managing Sales Teams at points of sale.
-Organizational awareness: understand the structures, processes & procedures, understanding the Product & Services and People & Brand.
-In-depth knowledge and understanding Telecom industry (GSM) characteristics and dynamics.
-Analytical thinking and problem solving.
-Strategic thinking & Planning.
-Ability to handle multiple business pressure and operate effectively under stress.
-Effective communications Skills.
-Computer literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
-Arabic and English (oral and written).
